You may have walked right by the container hiding the vehicle during the Ghost Town quest with Panam. Ghost Town is part of the main mission storyline that will pop up early on in the game. If you’re like me and did the quest without getting the free Rayfield, you’re in luck because you can go back to the location of the quest and still find the car.

What you want to do is head to the northern part of the Badlands and find an entrance to a mining cave. Check the map and look for the road that heads roughly due north from the Sunset Motel just outside of Night City. Once you find the entrance, head inside and look for a blue shopping container sitting in an open area. Stroll right in and grab yourself the fastest car in Cyberpunk 2077. Totally free.
